Management of Severe Pre-eruptive Caries in First Permanent Molar: A Case Report

Introduction: The study aimed to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of a six years old boy with severe pre-eruptive caries preservation pulp vitality after surgical exposure in permanent mandibular molar. Pre-eruptive intra coronal are often an accidental lesion as radiolucent finding dentin tooth which did not erupted into oral space. However, modality is still reported systematically. Case Presentation: preventive approach effectively preserved no symptoms, while normal root development processing during follow-up sessions. Conclusions: Accurate radiographic examination visit follow up sessions fundamental for proper detection intervention lesions.
